good variety polite staff constant entertainment attentive service
The breakfast lunch and dinner buffets offered a good variety. The staff were kind throughout my stay. The animation team consistently provided entertainment during the day and evening. Engin at the Turkish restaurant provided attentive service.
The gym could benefit from a few more updated machines and equipment.

attentive staff daily cleaning branded spirits
the staff was very attentive to requests. The room was cleaned daily. I especially liked the variety of drinks available. Some of the spirits were recognizable brands (I appreciated that).
The gym had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills available during peak hours, causing a bit of a wait (a bit annoying).

The staff responded quickly to any requests I had. The guest relations team assisted with restaurant reservations. The staff ensured a smooth experience throughout the stay.

The hotel has a private beach with enough sunbeds. I liked the multiple pools. The food was good with different options available daily. The hotel also had a small funfair on site, however it wasn't fully operational . the premise looks clean.
The loud music from the bar went on quite late at night.

Guest relations were easy to contact and helpful. The staff were generally very nice and looked for opportunities to help guests. This. The reception staff was quick to respond.

The food was fresh and varied with themed nights in the main restaurant. There was an on-site bakery with cakes and desserts. I found multiple bars, with a selection of local and international drinks. The service was generally quick.
